সংগঠনের নাম হবে সাদিপুরা সমাজকল্যাণ সমিতি (এরপর থেকে “সমিতি” হিসাবে উল্লেখ করা হবে)।

সমিতির নিবন্ধিত অফিস সাদিপুরা গ্রামে অবস্থিত, ডাকঘর: ডুমুরিয়া, উপজেলা: কচুয়া, জেলা: চাঁদপুর, ঢাকা, বাংলাদেশ।
The registered office of the Association shall be located at Sadipura Village, Post Office: Dumoria, Upazila: Kachua, District: Chandpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
সমিতির উদ্দেশ্যগুলি হল:
- সাদিপুরা গ্রামে সমাজকল্যাণ এবং সম্প্রদায়ের উন্নয়নের প্রচার করা।
- গ্রামবাসীদের কল্যাণের জন্য সাংস্কৃতিক, শিক্ষামূলক এবং স্বাস্থ্য সম্পর্কিত কর্মসূচি আয়োজন করা।
- সমাজের দরিদ্র, বয়স্ক এবং সুবিধাবঞ্চিত সদস্যদের সহায়তা প্রদান করা।
- সামাজিক, পরিবেশগত এবং স্বাস্থ্য সংক্রান্ত বিষয় সম্পর্কে সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি করা।
- স্থানীয় উন্নয়ন প্রকল্পের জন্য সরকারি ও বেসরকারি সংস্থার সাথে সহযোগিতা করা।
The objectives of the Association are:
- To promote social welfare and community development in Sadipura Village.
- To organize cultural, educational, and health-related programs for the welfare of the villagers.
- To provide assistance to the needy, elderly, and underprivileged members of the community.
- To promote awareness of social, environmental, and health issues.
- To collaborate with governmental and non-governmental organizations for local development projects.
