Funds and Accounts: –তহবিল এবং হিসাব

• Funds shall be collected through membership fees, donations, grants, and fundraisers.- সদস্যপদ ফি, অনুদান এবং তহবিল সংগ্রহের মাধ্যমে তহবিল সংগ্রহ করা হবে।
• The Treasurer shall maintain proper accounts and present an annual statement at the AGM. -কোষাধ্যক্ষ যথাযথ হিসাব রক্ষণ করবেন এবং বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভায় একটি বার্ষিক বিবরণী উপস্থাপন করবেন।
• The Association’s funds shall be used solely for its objectives. -সমিতির তহবিল কেবলমাত্র তার উদ্দেশ্য সাধনের জন্য ব্যবহার করা হবে।
• Ensure funds are used only for approved purposes to maintain trust. -নিশ্চিত করুন যে তহবিলগুলি কেবল অনুমোদিত উদ্দেশ্যেই ব্যবহার করা হচ্ছে যাতে আস্থা বজায় রাখা যায়।
• Maintain fund collection records with donor names, amounts, and dates. -দাতার নাম, পরিমাণ এবং তারিখ সহ তহবিল সংগ্রহের রেকর্ড বজায় রাখুন ।
• Issue receipts for all contributions.- সকল অবদানের জন্য রসিদ প্রদান করা।

Amendments:- সংশোধনী

• The Constitution may be amended by a two-thirds majority of members present in the AGM or EGM. -বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভা বা বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভায় উপস্থিত সদস্যদের দুই-তৃতীয়াংশ সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠতার মাধ্যমে সংবিধান সংশোধন করা যেতে পারে।
• An amendment proposal can only be presented and adopted in a general meeting. -সংশোধনী প্রস্তাব শুধুমাত্র সাধারণ সভায় গৃহীত হতে পারব
• Proposals for amendments must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the meeting.- সংশোধনীর প্রস্তাব সভার কমপক্ষে ৩০ দিন আগে লিখিতভাবে জমা দিতে হবে।

General Provisions:-সাধারণ বিধান

• All members are equal and shall have the right to voice opinions in meetings respectfully.-সকল সদস্য সমান এবং সভায় সম্মানের সাথে মতামত প্রকাশের অধিকার তাদের থাকবে।
• The Association’s decisions, once voted and passed by the majority, shall be binding on all members.-অ্যাসোসিয়েশনের সিদ্ধান্ত, একবার ভোটে এবং সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠদের দ্বারা গৃহীত হলে, সকল সদস্যের জন্য বাধ্যতামূলক হবে।
• Any amendments to these rules must be approved by the Executive Committee and ratified by the General Body.-এই নিয়মগুলির যেকোনো সংশোধনী নির্বাহী কমিটি দ্বারা অনুমোদিত এবং সাধারণ পরিষদ দ্বারা অনুমোদিত হতে হবে।

Dissolution:- দ্রবীভূতকরণ

• In case of dissolution, the assets of the Association shall be transferred to a charitable organization with similar objectives, as decided by the General Body.- বিলুপ্তির ক্ষেত্রে, সমিতির সম্পদ সাধারণ পরিষদ কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত একই উদ্দেশ্য সম্পন্ন একটি দাতব্য প্রতিষ্ঠানে স্থানান্তরিত হবে।

Miscellaneous:- বিবিধ

• The Association shall operate as a non-profit organization.-সমিতিটি একটি অলাভজনক সংস্থা হিসেবে কাজ করবে।
• No member shall derive personal profit from the Association’s activities.- কোন সদস্য সমিতির কার্যক্রম থেকে ব্যক্তিগত মুনাফা অর্জন করতে পারবেন না।
• The Association shall follow all applicable laws of the state and country. -সমিতি রাজ্য এবং দেশের সকল প্রযোজ্য আইন মেনে চলবে।
