Election and Tenure:- নির্বাচন এবং মেয়াদ

• Members of the Executive Committee shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).-কার্যনির্বাহী কমিটির সদস্যরা বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভায় (এজিএম) নির্বাচিত হবেন।
• The tenure of office shall be 2 years, with eligibility for re-election.-পদের মেয়াদ হবে ২ বছর, পুনঃনির্বাচনের যোগ্যতা সহ।

Powers and Duties: –ক্ষমতা এবং কর্তব্য

• To manage and supervise the activities of the Association.-সমিতির কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা ও তত্ত্বাবধান করা।
• To approve annual budgets and project proposals.-বার্ষিক বাজেট এবং প্রকল্প প্রস্তাব অনুমোদন করা।
• To maintain records of membership, finances, and meetings.-সদস্যপদ, আর্থিক এবং সভার রেকর্ড বজায় রাখা।
• To organize General Body and other special meetings.-সাধারণ পরিষদ এবং অন্যান্য বিশেষ সভা আয়োজন করা।

 General Body: –সাধারণ সভা

• The General Body shall consist of all members of the Association.-সাধারণ পরিষদ সমিতির সকল সদস্যদের নিয়ে গঠিত হবে।
• It shall meet at least once a year in the AGM.-.এটি বছরে কমপক্ষে একবার বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভায় মিলিত হবে।
• Decisions shall be taken by majority vote of members present.- উপস্থিত সদস্যদের সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠ ভোটে সিদ্ধান্ত গৃহীত হবে।
• Special meetings may be convened by the President or on the written request of at least 1/3 of members. -সভাপতি অথবা কমপক্ষে ১/৩ সদস্যের লিখিত অনুরোধে বিশেষ সভা আহ্বান করা যেতে পারে

Meetings: –সভা

• Annual General Meeting (AGM): To approve annual reports, budgets, and elect Executive Committee. -বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভা (AGM): বার্ষিক প্রতিবেদন, বাজেট অনুমোদন এবং নির্বাহী কমিটি নির্বাচন।
• Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM): Called for urgent matters. -অসাধারণ সাধারণ সভা (EGM): জরুরি বিষয়ের জন্য ডাকা।
• Notices for meetings shall be sent at least 15 days in advance. -সভার নোটিশ কমপক্ষে ১৫ দিন আগে পাঠানো হবে।
