Section 3.2: Non-Political Involvement:- অরাজনৈতিক অংশগ্রহণ

• The Association shall not engage in any political activities or provide political assistance. -সমিতি কোনো প্রকার রাজনৈতিক কার্যক্রমে যুক্ত হবে না এবং কোনো রাজনৈতিক সহায়তা প্রদান করবে না।

• If any individual or group seeks support regarding political matters, the Association will clearly state that such issues are outside its scope of activities.- যদি কোনো ব্যক্তি বা গোষ্ঠী রাজনৈতিক বিষয়ে সহযোগিতা প্রার্থনা করে, সমিতি স্পষ্টভাবে জানাবে যে এ ধরনের বিষয় সমিতির কার্যপরিধির বাইরে।
• At most, the Association may offer general suggestions aimed at mediation or peaceful resolution, without taking the side of any political party or group. -প্রয়োজনে সমিতি শুধুমাত্র সাধারণ পরামর্শ প্রদান করতে পারে, যা শান্তিপূর্ণ সমাধান বা মধ্যস্থতার উদ্দেশ্যে হবে, তবে কোনো রাজনৈতিক দল বা গোষ্ঠীর পক্ষে বা বিপক্ষে অবস্থান নেওয়া যাবে না।

• The Association shall at all times emphasize that its sole purpose is to work for social welfare and community development, not for political activities.- সর্বদা গুরুত্ব দিয়ে বলা হবে যে সমিতির একমাত্র উদ্দেশ্য হলো সামাজিক কল্যাণ ও সমাজ উন্নয়ন, রাজনৈতিক কার্যক্রম নয়।

Section 3.3: Misuse of Position & Power:-পদ ও ক্ষমতার অপব্যবহার

• No member shall misuse their role, authority, or resources for personal gain.-কোনও সদস্য ব্যক্তিগত লাভের জন্য তাদের ভূমিকা, কর্তৃত্ব বা সম্পদের অপব্যবহার করবেন না।
• Any misuse of Association funds, property, or influence will result in disciplinary action, including termination of membership.-সমিতির তহবিল, সম্পত্তি বা প্রভাবের যে কোনও অপব্যবহারের ফলে সদস্যপদ বাতিল সহ শাস্তিমূলক ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।

Section 3.4: Respect & Harassment Policy:-সম্মান ও হয়রানি নীতি

• All members must treat one another with dignity and respect.-সকল সদস্যকে একে অপরের সাথে মর্যাদা ও শ্রদ্ধার সাথে আচরণ করতে হবে।
• Harassment, threats, or disrespectful behavior towards any member or the community will not be tolerated.-কোন সদস্য বা সম্প্রদায়ের প্রতি হয়রানি, হুমকি, অথবা অসম্মানজনক আচরণ সহ্য করা হবে না।
• Such acts shall lead to immediate disciplinary measures, including suspension or expulsion.-এই ধরনের কাজ অবিলম্বে শাস্তিমূলক ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করবে, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে স্থগিতকরণ বা বহিষ্কার।

Section 3.5: Rule Violations:-নিয়ম লঙ্ঘন

• Members who violate the constitution or any Association rule will face inquiry by the Committee.-সংবিধান বা সমিতির কোনও নিয়ম লঙ্ঘনকারী সদস্যদের কমিটি তদন্তের মুখোমুখি করবে।
  Disciplinary actions may include:-শাস্তিমূলক ব্যবস্থার মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে পারে:
• Verbal or written warning.-মৌখিক বা লিখিত সতর্কীকরণ
• Suspension of membership rights.-সদস্যতার অধিকার স্থগিতকরণ
• Termination of membership.-সদস্যতার অবসান
• Any member who commits a minor violation shall be given a verbal or written warning.-কোনো সদস্য নিয়ম ভঙ্গ করলে তাকে সতর্কবার্তা প্রদান করা হবে।
• In case of serious offenses, anti-social activities, or acts harmful to the association, a member may be fined, temporarily suspended, or permanently expelled.-গুরুতর অপরাধ বা সমাজবিরোধী কর্মকাণ্ডে জড়ালে জরিমানা, সাময়িক বহিষ্কার বা স্থায়ী বহিষ্কার করা যাবে।
• The executive committee shall have full authority to take disciplinary actions.-শাস্তিমূলক সিদ্ধান্ত নির্বাহী কমিটি গ্রহণ করবে।
