🎯 Objectives / লক্ষ্যসমূহ
- Encourage academic excellence among primary students (Classes 3–5).প্রাথমিক স্তরের (৩য়–৫ম শ্রেণি) শিক্ষার্থীদের মধ্যে শিক্ষাগত উৎকর্ষ বৃদ্ধি করা।
- Support the most vulnerable children to continue their studies.সবচেয়ে ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ শিশুদের পড়াশোনা চালিয়ে যেতে সহায়তা করা।
- Provide educational equipment to enhance learning opportunities.শিক্ষার সুযোগ বাড়াতে শিক্ষা উপকরণ প্রদান করা।
📅 Program Timeline / কর্মসূচির সময়সূচি
- December 2025 → Scholarship Examination for Classes 3, 4, and 5.ডিসেম্বর ২০২৫ → ৩য়, ৪র্থ ও ৫ম শ্রেণির জন্য বৃত্তি পরীক্ষা।
- January 2026 → Educational Equipment Distribution Ceremony.জানুয়ারি ২০২৬ → শিক্ষা উপকরণ বিতরণ অনুষ্ঠান।
📝 Scholarship Examination / বৃত্তি পরীক্ষা
- Eligible Students: All students in Classes 3, 4, and 5.যোগ্য শিক্ষার্থী: ৩য়, ৪র্থ ও ৫ম শ্রেণির সকল শিক্ষার্থী।
- Subjects Covered: Mathematics, English, Science, and General Knowledge. পরীক্ষার বিষয়: গণিত, ইংরেজি, বিজ্ঞান এবং সাধারণ জ্ঞান।
- Exam Duration: 2 hours.পরীক্ষার সময়কাল: ২ ঘণ্টা।
- Venue: Local school premises in Sadipura. স্থান: সাদিপুরা স্থানীয় বিদ্যালয় প্রাঙ্গণ।
- Recognition: Certificates and appreciation for top-performing students. সম্মাননা: সেরা শিক্ষার্থীদের সার্টিফিকেট ও প্রশংসা প্রদান।
🎒 Educational Equipment Distribution (January 2026)- শিক্ষা উপকরণ বিতরণ (জানুয়ারি ২০২৬)
Each selected student will receive: প্রতিটি নির্বাচিত শিক্ষার্থী পাবে:
- 1x School Bag (with Sadipura Social Welfare Association logo) ১টি স্কুল ব্যাগ (সাদিপুরা সমাজকল্যাণ সমিতির লোগো সহ)
- Pens (set of 5) ৫টি কলম
- Writing Papers/Notebooks খাতা/লেখার কাগজ
👩🎓 Support for Vulnerable Students / ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ শিক্ষার্থীদের সহায়তা
- Identification: 5 most vulnerable students from each class (3, 4, and 5) = 15 students total. সনাক্তকরণ: প্রতিটি শ্রেণি থেকে ৫ জন সবচেয়ে ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ শিক্ষার্থী (৩য়–৫ম শ্রেণি) = মোট ১৫ জন।
- Support Includes: সহায়তা অন্তর্ভুক্ত:
- Financial assistance (small stipend for fees, uniforms, or tuition). ফি, ইউনিফর্ম বা টিউশনের জন্য সামান্য আর্থিক সহায়তা।
- Additional learning resources (extra books, study kits). অতিরিক্ত শিক্ষাসামগ্রী (বই, স্টাডি কিট)।
- Continuous monitoring and mentorship to ensure retention in school. নিয়মিত পর্যবেক্ষণ ও পরামর্শ প্রদান।

- Promote healthy competition and academic growth among students. শিক্ষার্থীদের মধ্যে সুস্থ প্রতিযোগিতা ও শিক্ষাগত অগ্রগতি বৃদ্ধি।

📌 Monitoring & Follow-Up / পর্যবেক্ষণ ও ফলো-আপ
- Progress tracking of vulnerable students on a termly basis. ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ শিক্ষার্থীদের অগ্রগতি প্রতি টার্মে পর্যালোচনা করা।
- Teacher and guardian involvement in assessing learning progress. শিক্ষকদের ও অভিভাবকদের অংশগ্রহণে শিক্ষার অগ্রগতি মূল্যায়ন।
- Feedback loop to improve the scholarship and support program annually.প্রতিবছর বৃত্তি ও সহায়তা কর্মসূচি উন্নয়নের জন্য মতামত সংগ্রহ।
